The Ethics Performance Indicators (EPI) implementation is done by the global leadership team. This team defines how the EPIs are translated into a company policy and which goal should apply. The yearly reporting is supervised by the Corporate Morale Board. The external audit team is reporting into the Corporate Morale Board.
